Key collection:
All keys are collected from El Sol Apartments, 21 Carrer Garrotxa (200 metres from the apartments). Collection is available between 17:00 and 20:00; guests wanting to check-in outside of these hours should contact the property directly prior to travel (contact details appear on the Booking Confirmation; a surcharge may apply).
Deposit:
A damage deposit of EUR 150 per apartment is payable locally upon arrival. This deposit will be returned at check-out once the condition of the apartment has been checked.
